Our dedicated instructors will guide you through gentle techniques to target common trouble spots and help you feel instant release.
Self-myofascial release can help complement your general yoga practice, and applying gentle pressure to areas such as your feet, legs, chest, forearms, hands, neck, and shoulders can help renew blood flow to restricted areas, improving muscular health and circulation.
