Virtual Yoga for Healthy Joints with Lissette

Free your body from tension and discover what it feels like to enjoy your body! This class is designed to increase mobility and decrease tension throughout the major joints of the body. Participants will be guided to move in easy, rhythmic patterns to relieve pain and tension, and to hydrate and lubricate the joints.
The movements flow one right into the next, and are done lying, kneeling, and standing. A soft surface or mat will be useful, plus cushions for the knees and head, and a chair or sturdy furniture within reach to assist with balance. Because this serene class serves as both an introduction to exercise and a supplemental program for improving physical performance, it is appropriate for people at all levels of fitness, from sedentary to athletic.
