Trauma-Sensitive Yoga in The Greater Phoenix Area

(Servicing the East Valley, West Valley, Downtown Phoenix, as well as Tucson and Flagstaff)

Yoga’s Arc is a Certified Women’s-Owned Business (WBENC) mobile yoga company dedicated to overcoming barriers to accessible yoga by bringing the practice to those who need it most.

Whether your trauma-sensitive center treats addiction, adolescent/adult mental behavioral health, or domestic/sex assault survivors,  Yoga’s Arc can be a valuable partner in your treatment program.
A clear distinction is often made between mind and body, but mental health and physical health should not be thought of as separate.  When stress triggers behaviors, yoga helps the mind and body work together holistically to achieve positive mental health and wellness.
Yoga’s Arc is here to support you in creating a program that meets your client’s unique needs. If equipment isn’t available, we’ll work with you to provide accessible options. You’re welcome to choose a practice or style that feels most supportive or combine up to two different styles in a single 60-minute session to create a customized experience.
We offer a 10% discount for all trauma-sensitive centers.

I do appreciate you all, your willingness to make things happen rapidly and your commitment to great service. Thank you all so very much.”

  • Miles, New Life Wellness

“Providing a Yin Relaxation yoga class here at New Life Wellness has been very beneficial for the clients who’ve attended. They feel that it helps them unwind and process a lot of  thoughts that they normally wouldn’t be able to filter through, so they can get through daily tasks.”
