Revive, Reclaim, Recover

The Power of Yoga

We are a mobile yoga company dedicated to overcoming barriers to accessible yoga by bringing the practice to those who need it most.

When stress triggers addictive behaviors, yoga has the mind and body work together holistically helping addicts maintain sobriety. By winning out over temptation, recovery patients feel better about themselves. A clean distinction is often made between mind and body, but mental health and physical health should not be thought of as separate.

Yoga is increasingly being used in substance abuse treatment programs throughout recovery to help patients with the following:

  1. Prevent relapse.

  2. Help with withdrawal symptoms & drug cravings.

  3. Reduce depression & anxiety.

  4. Provide a healthy outlet to cope with personal triggers and daily life stress.

All Yoga's Arc Instructors are trauma informed and certified and experienced in trauma informed techniques.

Miles, New Life Wellness

“Providing a Yin Relaxation yoga class here at New Life Wellness has been very beneficial for the clients who’ve attended. They feel that it helps them unwind and process a lot of  thoughts that they normally wouldn’t be able to filter through, so they can get through daily tasks.”
