4 - 4:45 pm:  Adjective Name Icebreaker 

HW: Name everyone the next time they are live or in-person or send a recording to viber for us!

4:45 - 5:45 pm:  Yoga Journals & Write a Letter to Yourself

HW:  Write a Letter to Yourself with the option of reading it to your class live or virtually the next time you are present.  You can send the letter to your trainers to give back to you at the end of the training.  You can also read it to your mentor.

6 - 6:50 pm:  YA All Levels Yoga Practice 1

HW: Take a recorded class, write up a summary of what you learned from taking or observing the class

7 - 8 pm:  Practice Teaching First Half of Sun A in Small Groups

HW:  Trainees will observe trainers teaching the first half of Sun A on each other, and write up a summary of what you learned from practice teaching or record your experience.  Practice teaching on someone you know or someone @ YTT!

8 - 9 pm:  YA YTT Manual Review & Housekeeping 

HW:  Watch recording, Make sure you are setup in Viber. Reply when complete

8:15 - 8:45 am:  Guided Meditation & Self Reflection/Feedback Discussion

HW: Set up your Journal & complete journal entry

*9:00 - 10:15 am:  Practice Teaching Sacred Space & Warm-up

HW:  Watch/Participate in recorded class, write up a summary of what you learned from taking the class

*10:15 - 11:45 am:  Teaching Sun A  

HW: Trainees will observe trainers demonstrate teaching the warm-up & Full Sun Salutation A on each other, and write up a summary of what you learned from practice teaching

12:45 - 1:00 pm:  Guided Meditation Practice

  HW: Practice meditating for 10 minutes, and write up on your experience

1 - 2 pm:  YA YTT Employee Handbook Review  (We had internet issues, and will re-record this section this week)

HW:  Watch recording

2 - 3 pm Practice Teaching Warm-Up & Sun A in Small Groups

HW:  Practice teaching on a friend or family member, and write up a summary of what you learned from practice teaching or record your experience

3- 3:30 pm:  Self-Reflection Journal Exercise:  What do Ethics and Yoga Mean to You?  

HW:  Set up your Journal & complete journal entry

3:30-4:45:  YA YTT Code of Conduct Review 

HW:  Sign all required documents materials

5 - 6 pm:  YA Yin Yoga Practice 1

HW: Take a recorded class, write up a summary of what you learned from taking the class

Homework for Anatomy – Skeletal System
