Identify: What are the spinal movements already present in the classic Sun Salutation A? Name the pose in English or Sanskrit and name the movement. Either the formal scientific name or the casual names of the movements are fine (ie. extension or forward spinal movement; flexion or backward spinal movement; mahamudra or lengthening movement).
