• We are so excited to offer outdoor yoga again for Yoga in the Park at Ahwatukee Farmers' Market!!! Sundays @ 10am in the park adjacent to the Market. Class is usually held next to the baseball field.

• Practice will be All Levels Flow

• This class is a donation-based class, and all proceeds go to our Yoga for Stroke Recovery Program that we have been providing to medical communities that need our services, but can't afford it.

• Need your yoga but can’t donate at this time, don't worry….. you are more than welcome to come join us!
