Virtual Yoga “Nidra” with Julie

Julie_Hoffman.jpeg
  • Tuesdays @ 12:00 P.M.(AZ Time), join Julie for virtual Yoga Nidra.

  • You enter a state of calmness, quietness, and clarity. This guided meditation practice is done laying down with support for comfort and pushes the body into a relaxed state of consciousness.

  • There’s no wrong way to practice yoga Nidra - just listen and follow the voice guiding you!

  • This yoga form promotes deep rest and relaxation, and the stages of body scan and breath awareness help to calm the nervous system, leading to reduced stress and improved health. Julie Hoffman will leave you feeling inspired and ready to conquer the rest of your day!

  • Tips for practice:
    Wear comfortable clothing

Have enough cushion underneath your head, hips, and heels

Place support under your knees for a comfortable bend to relax your lower back and hamstrings

Have an eye pillow or soft small towel for eye covering

If you get cold easily, have a blanket over your waist you can pull up or down.
