Virtual Yin Yoga is an excellent way to offer yoga to a diverse group, whether participants are seasoned practitioners or completely new to the practice. Our instructors are equipped to meet the needs of everyone, ensuring that all participants, regardless of their experience level, gain the benefits of this deeply restorative practice.
Yin yoga requires longer holds which are similar sensations to getting a massage. Yin encourages you to get intimate with the self and often brings strong emotions to the forefront. Having a journal and some tissues close by can help us release our thoughts, emotions and tears if needed. Through this practice, you’ll deepen your awareness of inner silence, breathing, and interconnectedness.
