Virtual Yoga is a great way to deliver yoga to a group of people that practice at various levels or have never practiced at all. We deliver a practice where your instructor is prepared to meet the needs of everyone present. No matter how large or small the amount of experience, everyone benefits.
Relaxation Yoga can include any of the following practices: guided & self-meditation, restorative yoga for your nervous system, yin for your connective tissue and maybe even some sound healing or self-myofascial release! You name it, we provide it in your yoga experience of bliss.
